For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply wherever the terms appear in this document, whether capitalised or otherwise.

To be eligible to register and use the zd2222 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by local law, or you accept sole responsibility for determining the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by zd2222 for violations of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of zd2222 or any affiliated game studio.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

You are wholly responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your zd2222 Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. zd2222 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify zd2222 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account by contacting [email protected] or via live chat.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility unless you have reported a compromise to us prior to the relevant activity occurring.
• zd2222 reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time as part of ongoing KYC obligations or fraud prevention procedures.
• Accounts showing no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. zd2222 will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any administrative fee is applied to a dormant Account.

zd2222 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All transactions are processed through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and PKR debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. No maximum deposit limit is imposed by zd2222, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.

• Deposits are credited to your Account balance as soon as the relevant payment provider confirms the transaction. Most deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited within seconds.
• You must only deposit funds from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.
• zd2222 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed on the Platform's cashier page.
• Deposited funds may not bear interest. zd2222 holds player funds in segregated accounts separate from operating capital.
• In the event of a technical error during a deposit transaction, you must contact zd2222 support with the relevant transaction reference number for investigation.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Account holders at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: Typically processed within the same business day following approval.
• HBL, UBL & Meezan Bank: Typically processed within one (1) business day following approval.

zd2222 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where:

• KYC verification is incomplete or documentation is unsatisfactory.
• An investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion is ongoing.
• The Account is under review for breach of these Terms.
• The withdrawal amount includes Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements.

All bonuses are subject to individual offer terms published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all zd2222 bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be staked using Bonus Funds before a withdrawal becomes eligible. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced percentage. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any strategy, whether automated or manual, designed to systematically exploit bonus terms is considered abuse and may result in bonus forfeiture and Account suspension.

• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or otherwise not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless the specific market terms state otherwise.
• zd2222 may impose maximum bet limits on any market at any time. Players will be notified of applicable limits during the bet placement process.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your Account balance immediately upon official confirmation of the result by the relevant sporting authority.

zd2222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zd2222 Platform. A breach of any provision in this section constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering laws.
• Creating multiple Accounts for any purpose, including to claim bonuses more than once.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or calculation errors. Any player who identifies a technical error must report it to zd2222 support rather than exploiting it. Knowingly exploiting an error is grounds for Account suspension.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without express written permission from zd2222.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the zd2222 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised by zd2222.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zd2222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Interruptions to service due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events beyond zd2222's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, Account credentials, or gaming history arising from circumstances outside of zd2222's direct control.
• Errors or delays in third-party payment processing systems, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Any reliance on information or game odds published on the Platform that were subject to a technical or human error, where such error was corrected as soon as reasonably practicable upon discovery.

In all cases where zd2222 is found liable, zd2222's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zd2222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, zd2222 will provide notice to registered Account holders via the email address or mobile number on file, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the zd2222 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected] before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zd2222 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of proceedings shall be English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where immediate irreparable harm is at risk.
